PARAMOUNT, California — October 25, 2026. Paramount states Council sessions start at 6 p.m. on second Tuesdays but at 5 p.m. on fourth Tuesdays. That makes Tuesday, October 27’s regular time 5 p.m., subject to confirmation in its dated agenda. The location is Council Chambers at 16400 Colorado Avenue.

What residents should verify

The city’s new public meeting center provides agenda packets and ways to participate in person and, when offered, by Zoom. It also broadcasts Council proceedings on its official YouTube channel and cable. Separate city commissions cover planning, public safety, public works and senior services; they are not the Council.
